AK Global Management Services is seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. Job Description

- Conduct cold calls to potential customers to promote company products and services
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue and meet sales targets
- Keep accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve overall sales goals
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase sales volume
