We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team at Roadside Awareness Pvt Ltd. The primary responsibilities of this role include making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our roadside assistance services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build rapport with customers, and have a strong understanding of our services to effectively answer any questions or concerns. Additionally, the Telecaller will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all calls and customer interactions. Job Description

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to educate them about roadside safety and awareness
- Provide information on the services offered by Roadside Awareness Pvt Ltd.
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling
- Manage a high volume of calls and maintain strong communication skills
- Update customer information in the company database
- Meet daily and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and close deals
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships
- Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer responses and market dynamics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/ relocate:

Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience: Fresher & Experience both can apply

Language:

Hindi (Preferred)
English (Preferred)

Interview Location:- 3rd floor, X-1, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase ll, Nearby Vodafone Store Delhi- 110020.
