ATI PRO is seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential clients to promote our products and services, as well as following up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a pleasant phone demeanor, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and objections professionally. The Telecaller will also be responsible for keeping accurate records of all calls and appointments scheduled. Job Description

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote ATI PRO products and services
- Answer inbound calls from customers and address their inquiries and concerns
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during calls
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas set by management
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and close sales
- Continuously update product knowledge and communicate any changes to customers
- Utilize scripts and sales strategies provided by ATI PRO to effectively communicate with customers
