Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote ATI PRO products and services
- Answer inbound calls from customers and address their inquiries and concerns
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during calls
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas set by management
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and close sales
- Continuously update product knowledge and communicate any changes to customers
- Utilize scripts and sales strategies provided by ATI PRO to effectively communicate with customers
