Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
- Listen to customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team
- Keep detailed records of calls and customer interactions
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for call volume and sales
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
