Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Peeco Polytech's products through outbound calls.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to answer customer questions confidently.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a customer database.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to improve the sales process and customer experience.
- Close negotiations to finalize sales.
