Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about company products and services
- Record customer details and interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close sales
- Meet daily and weekly targets for calls made and sales closed
- Collaborate with sales team to identify potential upsell opportunities
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company procedures
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding sales and customer interactions
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
