Job Description
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote Emoro Services
- Handling incoming calls from customers and providing information about our services
- Maintaining a database of customer information and call logs
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with our services
- Achieving weekly and monthly targets for call volume and sales
- Collaborating with the sales team to generate leads and meet company goals
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or complaints
- Updating CRM system with customer interactions and feedback
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Adhering to company policies and procedures while representing Emoro Services professionally.
