Job Description
Roles & Responsbility :-
Making outbound calls to current and prospective customers to encourage the purchase of products, and services or gather information.
· Taking inbound and mixed calls, responding to queries, and documenting activity in the CRM.
· Achieving daily or weekly call targets as set by the organisation.
· Inquiring with the customer and learning about their needs.
· Delivering verbal acceptances of offers to our Sales team for closing.
· Building and sustaining strong client connections
· Resolving product and service-related questions and difficulties.
· Keeping track of all successful and unsuccessful sales attempts.
· Maintaining current knowledge of products, industry trends, and sales strategies.
Requirements and Skills: Telecaller
· 1+ years of experience in the field of telecalling.
· The minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent.
· Knowledge of computer programs such as excel & data entry
Salary : 20k to 40 k
