Job Description
- Make outbound calls to Amazon customers to promote products and services
- Respond to incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by Amazon
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on Amazon's products, policies, and procedures
- Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
