Job Description
- Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company products and services
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers through regular follow-up calls
- Identifying and understanding customer needs to provide appropriate solutions
- Meeting monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company
- Recording all customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software
- Working closely with the sales team to generate leads and close sales
- Keeping up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with marketing team to execute campaigns and promotions
- Continuously improving sales techniques and strategies to increase productivity.
