Job discription
"12th pass mandatory. 1 yr to 5 yrs of experience as Telesales / Telemarketing in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance, Education / Training, Automobile or FMCG / F&B mandatory. Candidate should have atleast 6 months exp in telesales outbound calling. Age: 20 - 30 yrs. Languages: English, Hindi & Kannada. Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/ secondary data sources.
- To fix up appointments with prospective customers.
- Ensure that the maximum number of appointments should be made for a month.
- Scheduling appointments for venue sales and direct sales out of these calls.
- Retention percentage should be monitored on a regular basis.
- Ensure quality of appointments provided to the sales.
Salary:- Rs.18,000 to Rs.22,000 Monthly
Timings:- 10:00 am - 7:00 pm (day shift), 6 Days Working
Off Days: 1 rotational week off will be provided
