Job Description
- Conduct high volume outbound calls to medical professionals to promote products and services
- Follow predefined scripts and strategies to engage with customers effectively
- Gather and update customer information accurately in the database
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell products to customers
- Meet daily and monthly targets for call volumes and sales
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve department goals
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and confidentiality.
