Job Description
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce them to Upskill's programs and services
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer any customer inquiries
- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop scripts and strategies for prospecting
- Meet weekly and monthly targets for call volume and conversion rates
- Utilize CRM software to track and update customer information and interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with each contact
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of leads
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance call performance and sales skills
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Upskill's products
