Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential donors for fundraising purposes
- Explain the mission and projects of Smile India Trust to individuals over the phone
- Answer any questions or concerns that potential donors may have
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and interactions
- Meet daily and monthly fundraising goals set by the organization
- Follow up with donors to thank them for their contributions
- Collaborate with team members to strategize and improve fundraising efforts
- Provide excellent customer service to donors and potential donors
- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed about the organization's initiatives
- Must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable making cold calls
