Job Description
Job Title: Tele Caller Executive

Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact potential leads to inform them about the company's upcoming webinars.
- Utilize provided scripts to engage both existing and prospective leads effectively.
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads to confirm their attendance at scheduled webinars.
- Engage leads in conversation to understand their needs, preferences, and specifications.
- Provide prompt resolution to queries and issues related to the webinars, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Accurately record details of all phone calls made, including outcomes and next steps.
- Regularly update and maintain the lead database with accurate and current information.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in English and Kannada is mandatory. Fluency in any three additional languages among Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi is preferred.
- Freshers from any educational background are encouraged to apply.
- Age between 20-30 years.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office suite and data entry.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
