Job Description
- Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services
- Engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner to generate leads and sales
- Following up with leads via telephone or email to close deals
- Providing information about products, services, and promotions to customers
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions and transactions
- Meeting daily and weekly call quotas to contribute to company growth
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
