Job Description
Position: Technical Support Representative
Join our team as a Technical Support Representative where your excellent English
skills and basic technical knowledge will be utilized to provide top-notch support to
our customers. This role offers a competitive salary package along with additional
shift allowances.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance to customers regarding hardware and operating
system-related issues, with a focus on hard disk troubleshooting.
Deliver clear and concise instructions to help customers resolve technical problems
efficiently.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support and resolving issues
in a timely manner.
Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and enhance overall
customer experience.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in English.
Basic technical knowledge related to hard disk and operating systems; additional
knowledge will be an advantage.
Freshers welcome to apply; prior technical support experience is a plus.
Salary:
Experienced: 3.6L per annum (27k take-home salary + 4200 shift allowance)
Freshers: 2.8L per annum (22k take-home salary + 4200 shift allowance)
