Position: Technical Support Representative
Work location: Ahmedabad (Onsite)
Job Description:
As a Technical Support Representative, you will have the opportunity to delve into the exciting domains of e-commerce and digital marketing. You will gain exposure to various advertising platforms such as Google and Facebook, and interact directly with e-commerce merchants. Your primary responsibilities will include communicating with clients via live chat or email to address inquiries, resolve issues, and offer technical support. You will be at the forefront of client interaction, providing timely assistance and resolving queries related to our product listing and ad management solutions.
Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients via live chat or email to address inquiries, resolve issues, and offer technical support.

Provide timely assistance and resolve queries related to our Products and App’s functionalities

Learn and work on domains like e-commerce and digital marketing.

Gain exposure to various advertising platforms like Google and Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.

Interact with e-commerce merchants to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Enthusiasm for learning e-commerce management and digital marketing.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

A practical approach to problem-solving.

Internet proficiency, including experience or knowledge of online shopping functionalities.
