Job Description

- Collaborate with HR team to identify recruitment needs of various departments
- Utilize HR recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure successful recruitment processes
- Manage team performance, provide guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement team recruitment plans and strategies
- Conduct interviews and participate in candidate selection processes
- Implement team building activities to foster collaboration and teamwork
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations related to recruitment practices.
