Job Description

- Lead a team of construction professionals to efficiently execute projects within deadlines
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progression
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on construction methods and best practices
- Monitor project progress, budget, and quality control to meet company standards
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise within the team or on the job site
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance team performance
- Conduct regular meetings and communicate project updates to team members and management
- Adhere to all safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among team members
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall project efficiency
- Uphold company values and promote a positive work environment within the team.

TIME:- 9.30am to 5:30pm
Salary:- 15000/- to 35000+ Incentives(Minimum 90k-Maximum 1.8Lakh)
AGE:- 18 to 40 year
Edu:- 12th/Diploma /Any Degree
Location:- Bangalore (Jp nagar 3rd phase) Near Ragigudda Temple
