Job Description

- Lead a team of project managers and engineers to achieve project milestones and deliverables
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to team members to ensure high performance and productivity
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project execution
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture to promote innovation and creativity
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and industry standards
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance team productivity and efficiency
- Act as a point of contact for escalations and resolution of project-related issues
- Continuously strive to achieve company goals and objectives, contributing to the overall success of the organization

Salary : 30,000/- to 40,000/- per

Qualification: PUC/ Undergraduate/ Graduate
