Job Title: Tax Executive (Direct Tax)
Location: Gurgaon (Udyog Vihar), India
Experience: Semi-qulafied CA / Commerce Graduate, with 2–3 years experience post articleship
Salary Range: Rs. 3L to Rs. 5L p.a.

Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Direct Tax team as a Tax Executive. This role provides a strong platform for building technical expertise, managing client relationships, and contributing to complex tax advisory and compliance assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in handling direct tax compliance, including preparation income tax returns, TDS returns and Tax Audits for corporates, LLPs, and individuals.
- Proficient in monthly TDS calculations and TDS return preparation and filings
- Support seniors in collating data and drafting responses to tax notices, assessments, and appellate proceedings.
- Well versed with using income tax website and filing different Forms/responses thereon
- Work with senior team members in structuring transactions and providing end-to-end tax solutions to clients.
- Stay updated with amendments in the Income-tax Act, judicial pronouncements, and global tax developments.
- Coordinate with clients, tax authorities, and other stakeholders for effective delivery of services.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Semi-Qualified CA / Commerce Graduate with relevant experience in direct tax.
- Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on exposure in direct tax advisory and compliance.
- Strong technical knowledge of the Income-tax Act, 1961 and related rules, and working knowledge of new Income-tax Act, 2025
- Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines, work in teams, and handle client interactions professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and tax software.
- Preferably residing in Gurgaon or in nearby location.
