Job Description
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to ensure excellent customer service and team performance
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions on product assortment and promotions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective inventory replenishment
- Monitor and control expenses to maximize profitability
- Implement marketing initiatives to drive store traffic and increase brand awareness
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
