Hiring for – Store Manager.
Job Location: - Pune (Viman Nagar).
Preferred Local Candidates.
Experience: - 2+ Year in Retail Store.
Notice Period: Immediate or less than 30 days will be Preferred.
Job Description: -
We are looking for a result driven Retail Store Manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in retail management.
Daily Store Operations, Inventory Management.
Answering Store Phone calls.
Undertaking Sales of Products, Cross pitching, Upselling of Products.
Stock Rotation and Keeping Display Stock Up to Date.
Store Cleaning Monitoring.
Preparing Content for Social Channels of the Store.
Planning Store Team Leaves and Week-offs.
Sharing Daily MIS reports.
Generating Mails for Internal Communication and transport of Goods.
Undertaking Stock Audit at the Store – Weekly.
Training Store Staff + Assistant Manager About Store Products and ERP System from time to time.
Training Assistant manager to Take over store operations in absence of Store Manager.
Maintaining Daily communication with the EBO Team and Managers PAN India.
Creating and sharing Excel Files whenever needed for stock management.
