- Daily Store Operations
- Inventory Management
- Answering Store Phone calls
- Undertaking Sales of Products
- Cross pitching, Upselling of Products
- Stock Rotation and Keeping Display Stock Up to Date
- Store Cleaning Monitoring
- Preparing Content for Social Channels of the Store
- Planning Store Team Leaves and Week-offs
- Sharing Daily MIS reports
- Generating Mails for Internal Communication and transport of Goods
- Undertaking Stock Audit at the Store - Weekly
- Training Store Staff + Assistant Manager About Store Products and ERP System from time to time.
- Training Assistant manager to Take over store operations in absence of Store Manager
- Maintaining Daily communication with the EBO Team and Managers PAN India
- Creating and sharing Excel Files whenever needed for stock management.
- Maintaining good reviews on Google and pushing for better overall presence of Store locally and over digital channels.
- Keeping self-up to date about the products and being well-versed for handling communication on call with customers for enquiries.
