Job Description
- Develop and maintain relationships with Spanish-speaking travel suppliers and partners
- Create customized travel itineraries for Spanish-speaking clients
- Sell and promote travel packages to Spanish-speaking customers
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the travel experience
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create Spanish-language promotional materials
- Stay up-to-date on travel trends and destinations popular among Spanish-speaking travelers
- Process bookings and reservations accurately and efficiently
- Assist in resolving any travel-related issues or concerns for Spanish-speaking clients
- Meet sales targets and goals set by the company
- Fluent in Spanish with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
