Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Soldering Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for soldering electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) with high precision and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solder electronic components onto PCBs using various soldering techniques and tools
- Inspect and test soldered connections for quality and accuracy
- Follow written instructions and diagrams to ensure accurate assembly
- Use hand tools and equipment, such as soldering irons, wire strippers, and pliers
- Meet production targets and maintain a high level of quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
Requirements:
- ITI or Diploma in Electronics or Electrical trade
- 1-2 years of experience in soldering or a related field
- Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Good understanding of electronic components and PCBs
- Ability to follow written instructions and diagrams
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary range: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month
- Provident Fund (PF) benefits
- Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) benefits
