About the Role
Dare2Gear is looking for a creative, performance-driven, and data-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive to strengthen our digital presence and drive engagement across key social platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content planning, campaign execution, paid advertising, audience engagement, and performance optimization.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creativity with analytics to build impactful brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all social media channels.
Content Creation & Campaign Management
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and content creators for engaging creatives.
- Write compelling captions, campaign messaging, scripts, and promotional content.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager and other relevant platforms.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance including reach, impressions, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Analyze metrics and generate actionable insights for campaign improvement.
- Optimize paid and organic campaigns based on data trends and audience behavior.
Community Engagement
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Build strong online communities and improve audience engagement.
Influencer & Trend Marketing
- Collaborate with influencers, creators, and partners for campaigns and brand promotions.
- Stay updated with emerging social media trends, platform updates, and new digital tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization.
- Basic knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently.
