Job Description
-
Create and curate visually appealing content for Erekrut's Pinterest boards, including pins, boards, and descriptions.

Develop and execute strategies to increase follower engagement, drive traffic to our website, and enhance brand awareness on Pinterest.

Monitor trends and best practices on Pinterest to identify opportunities for content optimization and audience engagement.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align Pinterest content with overall social media and marketing initiatives.

Analyze performance metrics and insights to track the effectiveness of Pinterest campaigns and optimize future content strategies.

Stay up-to-date with Pinterest algorithm changes, new features, and emerging trends in social media marketing.
Requirements:

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.

Strong understanding of Pinterest platform, its features, and best practices for content creation and engagement.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.

Creative thinker with a passion for social media marketing and content creation.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Pinterest Analytics, Google Analytics) is a plus.
