Job Description

- Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform
- Customize and configure ServiceNow applications according to business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Perform system upgrades and integrations with third-party applications
- Create and maintain technical documentation for all implemented solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications
- Train end users on new functionalities and best practices
- Stay current on industry trends and technologies related to ServiceNow platform
- Participate in on-call support rotation for system maintenance and updates
- Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize ServiceNow functionality and performance.
