Job Description
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals
- Support recruitment efforts by sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Manage and track employee performance evaluations and professional development plans
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees
- Assist with benefits administration and HR budgeting
- Collaborate with department heads to address HR needs and concerns
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior management in all HR related matters.
