Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new B2B clients
- Build and maintain relationships with current B2C and B2B clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the admissions process
- Counsel prospective students on program options and admission requirements
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop outreach campaigns and materials
- Coordinate recruitment events and presentations to attract new students
- Serve as a resource for students and staff regarding admissions policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze admissions data to continuously improve recruitment efforts
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in admissions counseling
- Train and mentor junior admission counselors to ensure team success.
