Job Title: Accounts Manager
Location: Ghitorni, Delhi
Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office
Experience Required: 10–12 Years
Age Criteria: Maximum 35 Years
Gender Preference: Male Preferred (as bank visits and external financial coordination are part of the role)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly dependable Accounts Manager to independently manage the company’s complete accounting, taxation, banking, and financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in GST filing, return management, accounting compliance, banking coordination, and financial reporting.
This is a senior-level position requiring excellent ownership, accuracy, and the ability to handle end-to-end accounts operations with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Operations
- Handle complete accounting operations independently.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers, and financial records.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor daily accounting transactions and cash flow.
GST & Taxation
- Prepare and file GST returns including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns.
- Ensure timely GST compliance and reconciliation.
- Handle TDS calculation, filing, and related compliance.
- Coordinate with CA/auditors during audits and assessments.
- Maintain taxation records and statutory documentation.
Banking & Compliance
- Coordinate with banks for financial transactions and banking activities.
- Handle cheque processing, RTGS/NEFT transactions, and bank documentation.
- Visit banks and government offices whenever required for official work.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and financial regulations.
Financial Control & Reporting
- Prepare MIS reports and management reports.
- Monitor expenses, budgets, and fund flow.
- Support management with financial analysis and decision-making inputs.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data and company records.
Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, auditors, and internal departments.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of all accounting and compliance activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- Additional certification in GST or Taxation will be an advantage.
Experience
- 10–12 years of relevant experience in Accounts, Finance, Taxation, and Compliance.
- Strong experience handling complete accounts independently.
- Prior experience in a senior accounting role preferred.
