Job Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales training program for all sales staff
- Conduct training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
- Evaluate sales team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with sales managers to identify training needs and ensure alignment with company goals
- Keep track of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance training material
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics
- Support new hire onboarding process by providing initial and ongoing training
- Organize and facilitate role-playing exercises and team-building activities to enhance sales skills
- Provide coaching and mentoring to sales representatives to help them achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with HR department to ensure compliance with training requirements and certifications.
