Job Description

We are hiring for Team Leader for Loan Sales Department.

- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to team members to ensure their success
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales support materials
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment to enhance team morale
- Stay current on industry trends and competitors to inform sales strategies
- Utilize CRM system to track sales activities and maintain accurate records
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to generate leads.

Salary : 20k-35k

Experience : 2 yrs in same domain + 1 yr in team handling
