Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products within assigned pin codes in Bangalore.
- Meet the daily target of selling 5 packets.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
- Attend one-day training sessions every week (smartphone required).
Requirements:
- Freshers are preferred for this role.
- Own a smartphone for training purposes.
- Willing to commit to a one-month salary guarantee period, with an expected commitment of 6 months.(Can also work from home when required)
Incentive Structure:
- 0-20 packets: ₹10 per packet
- 20-30 packets: ₹12 per packet
- 30+ packets: ₹15 per packet
