Job Title: Sales Representative - Bench Sales
Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite)
Salary Range: 3-6 LPA
Experience: 3-4 Years
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Sales Representative with experience in Bench Sales to join our Ahmedabad office. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in IT staffing and Bench Sales, specifically focused on the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and place IT consultants on bench (H-1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and U.S. Citizens).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.
- Utilize job portals, networking sites, and marketing strategies to identify opportunities.
- Negotiate rates, close sales, and manage consultant onboarding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- Proven experience in Bench Sales (IT Staffing).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
