Job Description
We are hiring for Sales & Marketing Executive.
Shot blasting machines are crucial in various industries such as automotive, construction, defence , aerospace for surface preparation and cleaning. As sales and marketing engineers, your role is pivotal in ensuring these machines meet market demands and achieve sales targets. we'll discuss effective strategies to enhance sales and marketing for shot blasting machines.
Key Points for Discussion:
1. Understanding Customer Needs:
o Identifying industries and applications where shot blasting machines are essential.
o Tailoring our marketing messages to highlight specific benefits and features that cater to these needs.
o Conducting market research to understand current trends and customer preferences.
2. Building Strong Distribution Networks:
o Establishing partnerships with distributors and dealers locally to expand market reach.
o Providing adequate training and support to ensure our partners are well-equipped to represent our products effectively.
o Implementing a robust channel management strategy to monitor performance and address any issues promptly..
3. Offering Customization and After-Sales Support:
o Understanding that each customer may have unique requirements and offering customization options accordingly.
o Providing excellent after-sales support, including maintenance services, spare parts availability, and technical assistance.
o Building long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
4. Technical & Commercial Skills
• In depth Knowledge about Shot Peening Machine Shot Blasting Machine , Sand Blasting Machine , Abrasive Blasting Machine, Wet Blasting Machine , Paint Booth process
• Knowledge on Purchase Order , Performa Invoice , GST , Ex- Works , Freight on Road (FOR) , Packaging Charges , LD Clause .
• Knowledge of Autocad & can understand General Arrangement & Foundation Drawing .
Requirements
- BE/ B. Tech Mechanical
- Experience in heavy engineering Equipment sales like Shot Blasting Machine , Paint Booth , Powder Coating Booth Ovens , Dust Collectors , CNC Machine , Laser Machine ,Shearing Machine , Food Processing Machines ,
- Experience 1-2 years
- Must Have Vehicle
- B2B marketing , Cold visit & calling , Well spoken & written skill is must .
- Extensive Travelling is a part of Job .
- Base Location Delhi NCR , Travel across North & Central india
Salary - As per the Interview, MAX – 1 lac, Min – 30k per month
