Job Description
We are Currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive who is a self-starter with a strong drive, passion, and ambition.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience within the General Trade channel and a strong background in
FMCG products. Additionally, excellent negotiation, decision-making, interpersonal, and communication skills are a must-have. This role is focused on the General Trade channel within the milk industry and we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our growing team. It provides an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in the dairy sector and contribute to expanding our brand in the vibrant Mumbai market.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned targets within the General Trade channel (kirana stores, supermarkets, hypermarkets, etc.)
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
* Negotiate and secure favourable trade terms and contracts
* Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
* Develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to create brand awareness and drive sales
* Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
* Oversee inventory management and ensure product availability throughout the assigned territory
* Participate in trade shows, industry events, and promotional activities
* Prepare and present sales reports and marketing plans to management
* Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
* Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the milk industry, preferably with General Trade Exposure
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
