Job Description
· To help us in business development / sales of ferrous scrap and to meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
· You will be responsible for the success of the company’s growth while maximizing your sales potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to upper management.
· Responsible for developing strategic sales plans, and cultivate client relationships.
· The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive team performance.
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
· Identify new business opportunities and research for market trends.
· Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and report on sales activities.
· Sharp analysis of sales strategies and proposals to exceed sales performance
· Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
