The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, managing key accounts, and driving business growth. Duties include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, overseeing the sales process, and training and mentoring sales staff. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Job Description

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage sales team to ensure they meet individual and overall sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Train and onboard new sales employees to ensure they are well-equipped to meet targets
- Collaborate with marketing team to create effective campaigns and promotions
- Oversee pricing strategies and negotiation processes with clients
- Remain updated on industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
- Drive sales initiatives and continuously strive for improved sales performance.
