The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Job Description

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage sales team to ensure they meet individual and overall sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
- Train and onboard new sales employees to ensure they are well-equipped to meet targets
- Collaborate with marketing team to create effective campaigns and promotions
- Oversee pricing strategies and negotiation processes with clients
- Remain updated on industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
- Drive sales initiatives and continuously strive for improved sales performance.
