Job Title: Sales Manager
Company: SHAKKR Foods India Pvt. Ltd.
Location: New Delhi
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 3 – 4 Years
Gender Preference: Female
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to independently drive retail, institutional and premium sales for SHAKKR. While this role may involve guiding a small team, it is primarily an Individual Contributor (IC) role. The ideal candidate should be capable of generating business independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through B2B, B2C and institutional sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with premium clients.
- Conduct meetings at client offices and invite prospects to our showrooms.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with production and operations for timely deliveries.
- Maintain CRM and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Minimum 3–4 years of sales experience (Mandatory).
- Freshers will not be considered.
- Experience in premium gifting, luxury retail, hospitality, wedding & events, gourmet foods, FMCG gifting or allied industries is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.
- Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
