Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and oversee the sales team, providing leadership and guidance
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new business and expanding existing client relationships
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop new sales strategies
- Monitor sales performance through metrics and KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment and success
- Coordinate sales activities, including customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to drive excellence and productivity
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities
