Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and generate leads to identify potential customers within the assigned territory.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitors' offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through regular communication and excellent customer service.
- Present and demonstrate our range of automobiles to customers, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth sales processes, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate sales agreements, including pricing, financing options, and trade-in allowances, to close deals effectively.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, product developments, and competitors' activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations to management.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by the company.
- Attend sales meetings, training programs, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and professional development.
Educational requirements:
- MBA/ PGDM/ Diploma
- Experience: 0 to 1
- Freshers are also eligible
Skill(s) required
- English and Hindi Proficiency (Written&Verbal)
- MS-Excel
Probation: 3 months Salary during Probation: 10,000
After probation: Salary is up to 30,000 after Performace Evaluation.
