Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities by researching and contacting potential clients.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales activity, lead status, and pipeline updates.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the software industry.
- Skills:
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong lead generation and convincing abilities.
- Ability to understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Notice Period: Immediate joiner preferred.
