Propshop Real Estate Consultant, based in Noida, is your trusted partner for finding your dream home. We've earned a reputation for honesty, affordability, and reliability over decades in the industry. Our team of experts is dedicated to guiding you through every step of your property journey.
Here's what we do:
• Find Your Perfect Home (We search for properties that match your criteria and budget from top developers like Gaurs, Mahagun, Bhutani, VVIP, Apex and many more)
• Provide Expert Advice
• Handle Legal and Quality Checks
• Offer After-Sales Support
• Network of Services
As a Real Estate Consultant at Propshop, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by effectively connecting with potential buyers and converting leads into successful property transactions. Your primary responsibility will be to represent our company professionally, build strong relationships with clients, and guide them through the process of purchasing their dream home.
Requirements:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining client satisfaction and trust.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly, understand client needs, and foster long-term relationships.
Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices to achieve common goals.
Note: Must have own vehicle
