Job Description
Job Title: Global Sales Associate
Location: Work From Home (WFH)
Work Timings (Full-Time):
12 PM to 9 PM
8 PM to 5 AM
Experience: 0-3 Years
(Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Key Skills Required:
Excellent Communication Skills Strong ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
Sales Experience Prior experience in sales is an advantage.
Business Growth Mindset Eager to expand the companys sales and revenue.
Independence & Teamwork Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Language Requirement An English medium background is mandatory.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide detailed counseling to prospective learners via phone, email, chat, and social media.
Advise students and parents on their learning needs through structured counseling sessions (K-12 segment).
Schedule and conduct online demo sessions, including follow-ups.
Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and convert leads into sales.
Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain effective communication with learners until onboarding is complete.
