National Placement Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to meet revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a fast-paced and competitive environment, so the ability to thrive under pressure is essential. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and identifying new business opportunities. Job Description

Years of experience : 3 to 4 yrs

Previous experience : Construction materials, Paints, Roads projects

Salary range : 18K to 22K

We are providing incentive if they do good sales they can make 10K to 50K in incentive

Travel limit

1) Per day 300 for food

2) lodging 800 to 1000

3) Transport - AC Bus or 3A train

4) If they are using own bike per km we provide 2.5 rupees

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets
- Identify and qualify leads, cultivate relationships, and close sales opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitive landscape
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospects and clients
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads and build relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales tactics and strategies.
