Job Description
Job Title: Senior Associate - Ops & Provider Network
Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding health care providers for OPD, AHC, and other health and wellness activities.
  • Managing daily operations and tracking closures.
  • Negotiate the best possible quotation with the service provider.
  • Maintain a healthy relationship with service providers to understand their challenges.
  • Developing trust relationships with major clients.
  • Identifying growth opportunities for existing business.
  • Understanding key provider needs and requirements.
  • Resolve complaints and issues on a priority basis.

Required Qualification:

Graduation from any stream (Science and Commerce background preferred in Intermediate).

Required Skills:
  • Good Communication
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare and wellness
  • Negotiation
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools

Required Language:English, Hindi, or Other Language
