Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Pre-Sales Software Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our software solutions and potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our products and assisting the Sales team in driving successful software sales. Your technical expertise, excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, customer-focused approach and ability to understand client needs will contribute to our growth and market expansion.

Responsibilities

▪ Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our software products, their functionalities, and technical capabilities.
▪ Client Engagement: Collaborate with the Sales team to understand client requirements and tailor software presentations accordingly.
▪ Technical Consultation: Address technical inquiries and concerns, building confidence in the software's capabilities.
▪ Collaboration with Sales: Support the Sales team in creating persuasive proposals and presentations that emphasize software benefits.
▪ Client Relationship Building: Build rapport and credibility with potential clients through effective communication and solution-oriented interactions.
▪ Product Feedback: Gather client feedback on software features and functionalities, and communicate insights to the Product team for continuous improvement.

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Arts, English Hons. or Mass Communication
• Preference to experience in a Pre-Sales or Solution Engineering role within the software industry. Knowledge / Skills
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Effective communication skills (Fluency in English Must).
• Exceptional customer service skills.
